Harmony Project Joins Pasadena Community Job Center for Wildfire Relief Volunteer Day
Pasadena, CA (Friday, April 18) - Harmony Project staff, teaching artists, and board members united for a dedicated volunteer day in partnership with the Pasadena Community Job Center and the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON), demonstrating their unwavering commitment to the communities they serve beyond music education.

Volunteers dedicated their time distributing essential materials, including nutritious food, warm clothing, vital first aid supplies, and other basic necessities to those still recovering from the wildfire's impact. This hands-on effort allowed Harmony Project to bring tangible support and a message of solidarity to families and individuals in Altadena and Pasadena, the very communities where many of their impactful music programs operate. This volunteer day underscores Harmony Project's holistic approach to community support, recognizing that providing enriching opportunities through music is deeply intertwined with addressing fundamental needs during times of crisis.
