Harmony Project has recently been awarded a capital grant from the Perenchio Foundation. Perenchio Foundation’s Capital Improvements Grants support arts organizations with short-term funding for facilities improvements, equipment, and technology needs. These funds are intended to increase the functionality of workspaces, foster improved communication and collaboration, and help organizations lay the groundwork for a long-term future.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Perenchio Foundation for their generous grant and unwavering support over the years,” said Executive Director Natalie Jackson. “This grant will be instrumental in enhancing our building. With this grant, we can create a more efficient environment for our dedicated staff, enabling us to better serve the needs of our students and community.”

“The organizations receiving these grants provide access to the arts for their communities, enriching the lives of those they serve and strengthening the LA region as a whole," Perenchio Foundation Executive Director Stephania Ramirez said. “We hope that–with funding for facilities improvements, equipment, and technology–these essential arts organizations are empowered to lay the groundwork for a long-term future.”

The Perenchio Foundation is a private foundation established by the late A. Jerrold “Jerry” Perenchio. The Perenchio Foundation believes that arts play an essential role in building more equitable, culturally vibrant, and inclusive communities, and is guided by a commitment to create a positive, lasting impact in the Los Angeles region through the arts.
