Harmony Project Hollywood Bowl Annual Family Trip 2026

Los Angeles, CA (August 9, 2026) - Earlier this month, Harmony Project brought the glamour of music and film to our beloved HP community! More than 1200 of our students and their families came together to watch How to Train Your Dragon In Concert at the prestigious Hollywood Bowl. It was an experience that was like no other; it captured the hearts of our young students and families as the blend of cinema and live orchestral music provided a riveting, immersive experience for all ages to enjoy.

The 2010 Dreamworks animated film was projected across Hollywood Bowl’s screens, alongside John Powell’s thrilling music score performed live to its picture. Played by the famous Hollywood Bowl orchestra, the musical accompaniment was able to bring the film’s fantastic and adventurous atmosphere to life for our families.

Our HP community had a wonderful time at the concert, embracing the experience by dressing up and even bringing merchandise affiliated with the film. Thanks to our supporters, this annual outing not only gives families the opportunity to cherish the time they spend together, but allows many to witness the enchantment of live music and the long lasting impact it can have on young musicians.

Experiences like these empower our young artists to go beyond the classroom; it inspires them to engage in music in different ways and see themselves in a space fueled by passion and creativity. Once again, music brought together our Harmony Project community and provided another memorable moment for our students.
