The Harmony Project boasts a small but active hands-on Board of Directors comprised of community leaders. The Board is seeking to expand the program’s donor base in order to enroll the many children now on our waiting list.

Current Standing Committees

• Program Committee– investigates and recommends to full Board all program policies and procedures, as well as new initiatives.
• Finance Committee – develops budgets, oversees financial and tax reporting, directs excess cash, secures insurance, deals with all financial matters as they arise.
• Long-Term Planning Committee – investigates and recommends to full Board strategies for future growth and development.
All Directors are volunteers and receive no remuneration for their participation. The full Board meets every other month. Committees meet as needed.
